Rangga Fauzi Rachman

Rangga Fauzi Rachman serves as the President Commissioner of ENEFIS, guiding the company’s strategic direction and governance. He drives ENEFIS’ mission to become Indonesia’s leading energy-efficiency integrator for buildings powered by Azbil technology. Rangga holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany. His career foundation is in hydropower, where he developed strong technical and operational experience in renewable energy. He later expanded into business development, working with solar companies, Act Group Singapore, and the MENTARI Programme from the British Embassy. Rangga has also collaborated with carbon credit organizations such as ACT and the NASDAQ-listed DevvStream. This broad exposure enables him to connect technology, policy, and partnerships effectively. He leads with integrity, clarity, and a belief that renewable energy and efficiency are essential for a sustainable future.

Tommy Yang

Tommy Yang leads ENEFIS’ commercial strategy and energy efficiency solution development, helping position the company as a trusted provider of measurable building energy savings. With expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC optimization, and energy audits, he focuses on maximizing energy efficiency from existing equipment. He has over 9 years of experience working with Azbil technology and delivering ESCO projects in Indonesia for major clients such as Pondok Indah Mall, Puri Indah Mall, and Bekaert Indonesia—achieving proven operational and energy-saving results. Tommy manages projects end-to-end—from audits and concept development to implementation, commissioning, handover, and post-project performance monitoring. Combining strong technical knowledge with a commercial, results-oriented approach, Tommy develops scalable solutions that deliver immediate efficiency improvements while supporting long-term carbon reduction and net-zero building goals.

Winston Lordianto

Winston Lordianto serves as Executive Advisor to ENEFIS, bringing a broad and practical perspective shaped by his experience across business, industry, and nonprofit leadership. He has years of experience in Indonesia’s cable manufacturing sector through PT Phenolic Prima Mulia Indonesia, the company behind the industry-leading ETERNA Cable. Beyond cable manufacturing, Winston is also involved in several business sectors, including healthcare and renewable energy. This cross-industry exposure gives him a strong understanding of business growth, partnerships, and how to build ventures that are both commercially relevant and future-oriented. Winston has also been active in managing nonprofit initiatives, which adds valuable experience in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and purpose-driven collaboration. As an advisor, he supports ENEFIS with grounded business judgment, strategic insight, and a balanced perspective between commercial growth and long-term sustainable impact.
